Me too. There are lots of bargains on the condo market in Miami without having to kiss Donelan's behind and climbing over concrete piles.
That Chico should become our mascot of Downtown Dadeland because he opened our eyes with the truth. I will send Chico a bag of treats and take him in if he faces abandonment again.
My wife and I are astounded. We would have never believed Stella and Allen would do something like that.

Dr. Dinter, I have been following your publishing and carefully read everything you wrote about Mr. Donelan. Has it ever occurred to you that Allen Donelan has been doing all this work dealing with you, Mr. Davis, the receiver of Downtown Dadeland, the CREC management office people, Hotwire, and others in connection with his sticking his nose into the condo affairs, is a violation of US Postal Services regulations spending much time on his Post Office job conducting personal business and using his official Post Office email address (cornelius.a.donelan.jr@usps.gov and adonelan@usps.gov) conducting his personal business using his Post Office computer, using his Post Office desk, using his Post Office office? No wonder the postage rates keep climbing. That should be reported to the proper authorities. Will you or should I? Am I correct in assuming Allen Donelan spends lots of time on his Post Office job conducting church business? You should ask the presiding priest at the St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church.
