Condo Exploitation Research Experience

I seek engagement — preferably by a law firm — to assist in research pertaining to condominium-related activities of exploitation, abuse, and other wrongdoings by those controlling condominiums, including developers, successor developers, condo commandos, real estate promoters, and condo vultures. I am also available as an expert witness and testify in court.
